Also, I’m starting a two-week mental health break from social media and the news. This is a challenge because NPR is one of my very best friends and because I run a business that is almost completely marketed online. So why would I do something so daring/stupid/potentially damaging to my business? I’m doing this because my health is my priority. Without my health, I can’t be the mother, partner, or health coach I want to be. And while social media and the news is a great way to stay informed and to engage with one another, it can also because a source of stress. So I’m stepping away from my devices and giving my head a little time to clear. See you on the flip side!
